Leeland Station, a planned community, is situated in Falmouth, which borders the historic city of Fredericksburg, north of the Rappahannock River Falls. The neighborhood of over 700 single family homes is picturesque and near many amenities in Stafford County.

VRE Virginia Railway Express

The VRE commuter rail system currently runs from Spotsylvania to Union Station in Washington, DC. Leeland Station is located adjacent to the Leeland Road VRE Station. The station offers free parking and is an easy walk from all points in Leeland Station for a hassle-free train ride to major employment centers in Northern Virginia and Washington D.C.

Activities are held throughout the year. From block parties, Dive-In Movies at the Pool, autumn fun runs, haunted trails, to Breakfast with Santa and even a New Year's Eve Ball Drop - it all happens in Leeland Station.

LEELAND EXPRESS Leeland Station Swim Team

The official swim team of Leeland Station has taken the Rappahannock Swim League by storm. Formed in 2010, it's won the division titles in 2011-13 and the Finals Champs in 2011 & 2012. The Express finished their 10th year in 2019, as champs of the Patriot Division!
