As you are aware, concerns about Coronavirus, otherwise known as the “COVID-19,” are increasing throughout the United States. We understand how concerning this is to you and your family. We remain vigilant when it comes to the health and safety of our residents.
While the media has been quick to provide real-time updates on the spread of the virus, we highly recommend that you consult trusted and respected health sources when researching the novel coronavirus. These include the CDC at www.cdc.gov and the World Health Organization (WHO) at www.who.int.
In light of the current state of affairs surrounding COVID-19, the following changes have been implemented at Leeland Station:
• CLUBHOUSE - The Clubhouse will be closed for walk in service. Assistance is available by telephone or email (preferable) during regular business hours.
• BOARD/COMMITTEE MEETINGS – Board and Committee meetings will be postponed, canceled or held via teleconference. We will provide an update closer to the April meeting dates.
• CLUBHOUSE RENTALS – Due to the CDC recommendations of "social distancing", we will not be taking clubhouse rental reservations for usage in March and/or April.
We are all facing challenges not typically encountered in our day-to-day roles, doing our best to keep up with this rapidly changing situation. During this unprecedented time - through management - the Board of Directors will keep you up-to-date on the status of the amenities.
Stay safe, stay healthy, take care of yourself, take care of your families and don’t forget to check in on the elderly.
