Exercise Ball Class Changing Location

Exercise Ball Class has changed locations! Starting this week (Nov. 27, 2017)  Exercise Ball Classes on Monday 6:30 pm and Thursday 12:30 pm will be held at Lori Dietz's home, 75 Colemans' Mill Drive. Lori has added more equipment to the workouts and her basement gym is the perfect place to access the equipment needed.
